Yes, AIIMS INI CET Examination gives the privilege to its candidates to apply for one or more rounds of counselling, if they are not satisfied so.

To participate in round 2, candidates must choose option 2, between the given choices where option 1 is that the candidate accepts the seat and no longer

Yes, you can participate in INI CET 2025 round two counselling for upgradation but there is a condition for that.
