If I have compartment in 1 subject but I'm able to clear it the next year i.e. in 2019, will I be able to appear for NEET 2019?

You would be eligible for all colleges once you clear the compartment. If you are able to clear your compartment before the last date of application only, you would be able to appear for the exam. Otherwise, as you have to fill your marks in the application form, you will not be able to fill up the form.
