If I have completed Diploma but have an active backlog, if I clear the backlog then am I eligible for IPU LEET or not?

As per the eligibility criteria of IPU, the candidate must have to completed three-years diploma with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate from any recognized Diploma awarding institute/university/board recognized by AICTE in following engineering branches:- Computer Engg/ Automobile Engg/ Chemical Engg,/ Civil Engg, Construction Engg, Electrical Engg, Electronics & Communication Engg. etc. Then he has to participate in LEBTECH (DIPLOMA) entrance exam.
