In organizations like ISRO after Ph.D. you will get a post of Scientist/Engineer which means grade pay of 6600 and pay scale of 15,600-39,100. So, after initial appointment his Gross salary will be nearly 70,000 (in Bangalore and other big cities like Ahmedabad, Hyderabad etc. ). +Professional Updat
