If I have done my UG in economics, can I study Maths at PG in DU?

2 years agoMy dear candidate, I'm glad to have you. The M.A. In Mathematics and the M.Sc. In Mathematics are the same programme. There isn't a separate reservation for M.A. Or M.Sc. Because if the student has taken B.A. , they are given M.A. , and if they have B.Sc. , they are given M.Sc. This programme has a two-year duration. Students will either be admitted directly (Mode I) or through an entrance exam to the M.A. /M.Sc. Programme (Mode II). Candidates for admission must have graduated under the 10+2+3 programme or a programme with a similar requirement. -
Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. M.A. (Mathematics) and M.Sc. (Mathematics) are one and the same course. Well to study Maths at PG level in du you must have Maths as your subject in all semesters in your under graduation course. In eco hons I think you don't have Maths as a main subject so according to best of my knowledge you can't study Maths at PG in du.
