If I have got 70 in chem, 80 in phy, 95 in biotechnology and 95 in eco and 92 in English am I eligible for B.Sc. In biotechnology.

Yes, you are eligible for B.Sc Biotechnology. -
Yes, you are eligible. The eligibility criteria is just 60% in PCB, and you have got quite good marks. So, you can easily get a seat through merit quota. You can apply in colleges that admits students by merit quota i.e. through percentage. Many of the colleges conduct entrance exam for admission where eligibility criteria is just 60%, in that case your marks doesn't matter you have to go through the entrance and must crack it for entrance.
