Yes, you may surely pursue MBA, if you have never studied accounts, please remember in order to pursue MBA, you need to be graduate in any field.
MBA students are from variety of educational backgrounds like:
- B.Tech.
- BE.
- BCA.
- Bsc.
- BA.
- B.com.
- BHM.
- BMM, etc.

You can do MBA, you can choose different specialization. first year is common for every student.
in first year-their is only 2 subject of finance, they are just basics of finance...
you can choose HR, Hospitality, Hotel Mgt. Etc. as your specialization...
