If I have not scored more than 31 in VITEEE exam. Can I take admission in paid seat for CSE branch?

According to shiksha, candidates with marks of less than 31 are going to be put into 20,000 or lower rank. However, I would recommend you to check with the VIT University directly for more information on admission requirements and procedures. You can visit their official website.
