If I have repeat in theory and essential repeat in 3 subject then do I have to give all 5 subject exam next year in class 12 CBSE board?

You have to appear for all the subjects from same education background to get the pass mark sheet. Otherwise, you can think of NIOS board for the same process.

To repeat your class 12th, you need to write all the exams again so, take supplementary exams for all the 3 subjects.
