Hello, My niece has completed my BBA+MBA from this university and I have a bit idea about their scholarships schemes. For MBA programme, they consider graduation marks for scholarships on the basis of academics. They provides scholarship on the basis of following category:-
Scholarship on the basis of LPUNEST
Scholarship on the basis of Percentage in qualifying exam
Scholarship on the basis of CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/NMAT
Scholarship on the basis of Performance in Sports, Cultural, R&D, Co-curricular and Social Service Bravery Awards. Special Scholarships and Fee Concessions

Hi Nomanjee, There might be few institutes who have the trend to appreciate candidates for their previous academic record by providing scholarship for the further study and LPU is a loud and clear that they are providing scholarships to appreciate the previous academic record of the candidate. For MBA, the last qualification is graduation, so your percentage in graduation will be considered for scholarships. However if you have passed 10+2 only, then you may apply for 4 year BBA-MBA integrated course, you can avail a wonderful scholarship on basis of your 10+2 result. You know what is fascinating. ? LPU believes in the fact that money should not be a constraint for a student to pursue his choice of studies. Scholarship can be availed in the various courses offered by LPU. LPU offers scholarship on the various categories :-
The first and foremost category is that a student can avail the scholarship on the basis of his/her previous qualification or previous to previous qualification which should be minimum of 70 percentage. For instance if a student is applying for a Bachelors degree, LPU will be considering the 12th marks or 10th marks whichever will be higher. Hi...

I need to clarify first: are you asking about admission to Chandigarh University for B.Tech/B.E, or admission to a medical/paramedical course (like B.Sc Nursing, MBBS, BPT, etc.)

The marks required and exam rules differ a lot depending on the stream.

For students not appearing in JEE, Class 12 performance, particularly in PCM subjects, becomes the primary eligibility criterion, alongside CUCET scores for CSE programs. This dual-focus system allows students with strong 12th marks but no JEE score to secure admission, while rewarding JEE participants with merit a

Even for students applying with JEE Main 2026 ranks for scholarship consideration, meeting the 12th standard eligibility is mandatory.
