Selecting a college is purely and entirely your decision. It would be tough to state a college as the best as every college has it's own plus and minus points.
While selecting, you need to keep in mind the chief point that is to check the recognition. Other than this, you also need to check year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc.
Be careful while selecting a college as merely getting a degree is not enough for this competitive world.

Both are the private universities and in advertisement, both of them claim about good quality of education and placement.
Recently somebody who was ex-faculty of the Lovely Professional University claimed that it has very good teaching quality but due to a new name not having the brand it could not attract that much placement. Please refer following link

I suggest to do a due diligence before applying. Being a private university, both of them have heavy fee and you should know what you get. I think you can choose either of them. -
Well Both are Private Universities. But looking at the market prospect. Amity was set up way earlier than LPU and is better. Bcoz in my exp so far with LPU. the placements are very limited and students are still facing issues in getting themselves a job. So I suggest Amity is better.
Even on the terms of exposure, Amity has a good crowd, whereas LPU has typical punjab crowd which is itself a disaster! -
