If I know the programming languages at a very good level, can I get a job at Google, Infosys, Amazon and many more companies like that?

If your programming skills are good, then your communication skills, English and personality is must suitable according to their companies. And, you must have practical knowledge apart from bookish knowledge.

If you know programming at a very good level, then half the part is done. But, still if you need other skills like interview, English technical skills etc. Just being good at programming languages will not help.
