Ashish, understanding the communication in English language and making the other person understand what you speak or write does not actually require learning English at a high level. Communication can be done even if your level of expression is on the lower side. Having said this, if in your career

Looking at the language of this question of yours, you need a lot of improvement. You may be able to understand the language but you need to still learn a lot. Try to learn English language first then think of British English
