If I'm changing my stream from Science to arts then how will I get admission in a college for B.A. History honours?
If my board results aren't very good will I still get my choice subject in good institutes like Delhi universities?

You have to take readmission based on 12th results. Apply to colleges you want to go for. Lot of students do that, it is not unusual. However whenever you are doing so you should confident that you want to go for arts only.
