Hi Vibha, As you are still pursuing your B.Com, I would suggest you to concentrate on the same and may be later you can go ahead with a Masters degree like a MBA program with specialization in Sales/ Marketing. There are many institutes offering management courses and most of these institutes offer

Don't repeat the program as it would not add value to your academic profile. Pursue something relevant to Sales & Advertisement. i.e Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Public Relations (PR), etc. through distance learning mode.
