    If you meet the CSIR NET (Council of Scientific and Industrial Research National Eligibility Test) cut-off for your subject and category, you will be considered eligible for the next stage of the selection process. The selection process for CSIR NET usually comprises of a written exam, followed by an interview or document verification process. If you have qualified for JRF (Junior Research Fellowship), you will be eligible to receive a fellowship for a period of two years, which may be further extended based on your performance and other criteria.
