If I opt for EEE in my B.Tech in a NIT can I have a job in aerospace or aeronautical sectors in future.

Yes, you can, but for that you have to give entrance exam for ISRO (aerospace) or DRDO (aeronautics). You can also go for jobs in private companies like being, indigo, air India, etc. in technical jobs.
