If I opt for UG/PG degree credit transfer through LPU, then will my class 12 subjects be considered?

My file is rejected because of the courses I studied in class 12 I. e. English, Maths, Hindi Fine arts, Physical education.

Under credit transfer opportunity, at Lovely Professional University student can study part of the programme (generally two years in case of Undergraduate programme or 1 year in case of Masters programme) at LPU and complete the rest of his/her degree at a partner foreign university from USA
