If I pass out from NIOS in December 2020. Can I get admission in Adamas University in B.A. Hons in Mass communication in 2021.

    Yes, you will get the admission. Please visit Adamas website. And give the entrance exam. You cal also grab COVID scholarship, if you filled up the entrance exam form as early as possible.
