If I passed in 12th & failed in 1 subject in improvement exam's 2nd chance of Feb, can I give that exam in July?

I got 62% in 12th and reappeared for improvement in Feb, but I have confidence that I will be clearing my PCB criteria, so that I will be eligible for July exam.
