If I pursue MS in Healthcare Management from USA & come back to India and search Job, what are my probabilities in the job market..?

Do i require any prior healthcare background for getting employed in India after persuing MS in Healthcare management from USA. I'v a creative background and want to switch career.

In the present scenario apart from the Chain of Hospitals in India there are Allied fields like Clinical Research , pharmaceutical Industries which you can Opt for .
