If I pursue my CPL from USA, is it necessary to come India or can I work in USA with USA airlines?

It is extremely difficult to get work visa in USA. Work visa restrictions are increasing day by day. Therefore, chances to get job in American Airlines and their readiness to sponsor your H1 visa are limited.
