If I qualify for JEE Advanced, but my HSC percentage is only 60, what is the advantage of participating in JEE Advanced?

I completed HSC from Bihar board in 2018. I have scored about 140-150 marks in JEE Mains (April) 2019. I have scored 39 percentile in JEE Mains (January).
