If I register for foundation, didn't score 50% in 12 board then I'm not eligible for foundationlevel so ICAI will refund registration fee?

    Hi,
    The fee once paid by candidate shall not be refunded / adjusted under any circumstances and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.

    You cannot register for CA foundation until you have provided and uploaded your class 12th board result and scored above 50% as per required. Thus, this situation is not possible as there is no more Provisional registration which was only implemented during COVID to enable students to apply without delay.
