If I register for foundation, didn't score 50% in 12 board then I'm not eligible for foundationlevel so ICAI will refund registration fee?

Hi,
The fee once paid by candidate shall not be refunded / adjusted under any circumstances and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained. -
You cannot register for CA foundation until you have provided and uploaded your class 12th board result and scored above 50% as per required. Thus, this situation is not possible as there is no more Provisional registration which was only implemented during COVID to enable students to apply without delay.
