12th exam marks is one of the eligibility conditions to get admission through JEE exams. You can't get admission in IITs unless you clear the exam with good rank.

Hello Sakshi, 12th exam marks is one of the eligibility conditions to get admission through JEE exams. But the admissions are based on the scores and rank secured in JEE exams only. So, you cannot get admission unless you have a good score in JEE exams.
