If I score 80% in class 12th (OBC), can I get admission in Hansraj?

It depends on the cut -ff list for the subject you are willing to take admission in. The cut-off list will be published in the first week of July. -
It's tough to get admission with this percentage in Hansraj College, but you can get other campus colleges.

Hansraj is not possible but you may get other south campus colleges. -
No sorry to say but your percentage is little low. The cut-off of Hans Raj college is mostly above 88% even for SC.
