If I score 80% in class 12th (OBC), can I get admission in Hansraj?

It depends on the cut -ff list for the subject you are willing to take admission in. The cut-off list will be published in the first week of July.

It's tough to get admission with this percentage in Hansraj College, but you can get other campus colleges.

Hansraj is not possible but you may get other south campus colleges.

No sorry to say but your percentage is little low. The cut-off of Hans Raj college is mostly above 88% even for SC.
