If I score around 600 marks in NEET exam, can I get a free seat in MBBS or do I still have to pay as per foreigner quota?

I am a foreigner currently living in Hyderabad.

    600 marks may get you a seat in state quota but not from AIQ, at least for government colleges. But many private colleges do have subsidized seats for the ones who score good but didn't get into any government colleges.

    There is no free seats in MBBS of india but by scoring more and more marks you can achieve a good medical college which has less fees.
