If I score low in 12th science but good marks in IELTS, will I get admission in a good college in Canada?

It depends on college to college. Most of the good colleges will not accept you because they want students who have very good academic scores. What you could do is make your SOP (Statement of Purpose) very good that it impresses the Canadian colleges, and then there's a chance for your admission.

It will depend on college to college. Colleges have their own admission policies, whether they will admit you or not and take decision on academic scores.
