If I scored 52% in 12th with PCM then, can I get a good college for B.Tech in computer science?

You can get government colleges through main counseling or you can take direct admission in any private college. Computer science is one of the most demanding branches of B.Tech nowadays. Your score in boards is low so can try getting an average college.

CS branch is more demanding nowadays and your class 12th marks are not up to the level for any reputed college as the demand is 60% minimum in class 12th. So you can get only average colleges or government colleges for CS.
