The college you'll be getting into will depend upon your choice, of course, your ECA trails and interviews and best four. Say your best four is 85% (after deductions) and you decided to go for Philosophy you might get into a decent college like Mata Sundri College for Women, Gargi College, Ramanujan

Depends upon the cut-offs. Fill the admission forms in some colleges. You will definitely get somewhere or the other, ECA would be helpful. Best of luck.
