If I start my graduation from IGNOU and get good marks, will they transfer me to any DU college for regular course?

It is not possible to transfer you from one university to another university. The transfer are valid from one Delhi University college to another Delhi University college after the completion of the first year. Particular college released their cut off to transfer in their college. Hope this review helps you out.
