If I study 1 year Master's in Canada, will I get 3 years of work permit after completing the course?

Canada only if you study two year program you will be allowed to stay back for three years. if you study one year you will be allowed to stay back only for 8 months. Unless you get a job you can not extend the visa for work permit.
