Yes. After the CNET seat allotment result declaration, candidate need to choose 'Upgrade' as an option to confirm the seat allotted in Round 1 and to further participate in Round 2. However, if the candidate is dissatisfied with the seat allotted in Round-1, then he/she can also 'Decline' this option to drop the college allotted in Round-1 and participate in CNET round-2 counselling.
