If I take admission in private university for M.Tach. and I am GATE qualified, then I will get Stipend from MHRD or not?

you may not get stipend in this case. Most of the private colleges do not provide stipend to the student who qualified GATE too. So my advice is that you should contact the college where you want to get admission.
