if i take admission through open university (bca)and pass 2nd year then how much possibilities is i can take 3rd yr admission in mum unvrsty

i have pass 12th ( 49%) through mumbai university in 06-07,now i want to do bca coures but due to low %,i can't with mumbai university. if i take admission through open university (bca)and pass 2nd year then how much possibilities is i can take 3rd yr admission through mumbai university
