Private hostel has their own rules. And it will be good if you are staying in these private hostel. And also, it will not be safe if you will be out from the hostel after 9 or 10 (It is obvious because UPES has forest around it). And that's why all hostel in Bidholi and Kandoli don't allow students for going outside from the hostels after 9 pm.

    Hello Vipra,
It is completely secure and convivial to live even away from the college.
I would suggest you either to take the campus hostel or in Prem Nagar.
Or Kehri Gaon is the best.
It is good away from the college because you will get easy transportation and market nearby too.

Yes, absolutely, college is situated in the uphills and surrounded by the beautiful weather and greenery. Apart from it, there are plenty of hostels outside the college according to your affordability.
And supported by the intellectual students and Hostel Wardens which keep complete care of you and your safety.

Yes, the place where the college is situated is totally safe for girls. If you are willing to take hostel outside, then I will suggest you have a look on Queens Paradaise Hostel for girls. It is near the management campus and with lots of facilities.
