If I've done M.Com from distance learning, can I give NET paper and be selected as a lecturer or doing regular M.Com is a must for it?

Yes, you will be eligible to appear for the UGC NET exam after completing your PG through distance learning, provided that the programme is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) or any other statutory body like AICTE, AIU, etc.
