If I wait for May MAT score then it would be late? Is this college giving admissions on GD/PI basis and later on May MAT results?

You can apply for the upcoming GD PI on 1st may 2015 , but you will have submit your score and fulfill all the required formalities for taking admission in BULMIM Also the score should be fulfilling the cutoff criteria
