If i want to change my test center, can i change that and how can i change the test city?

Hi
You can change the test city only if you mention the reasons for the change along with a demand draft of Rs.400/- per change reaches the Chairman, GATE, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, Hauz Khas, New Delhi 110016 on or before 29th October 2010.
