If I want to do B.Tech in IIT after clearing the entire procedure. Can I take any branch in engineering?

    No, you can't choose your branch until and unless you have good AIR rank, because cutoff varies from branch to branch.

    Yes, you can. If you cleared all the procedures including, clearing both the entrance exam, then you are a free bird. You can take any branch you choose. But, one thing to remember is that branches depends on your rank.
