You can choose either of the courses but make sure to opt for the correct specialization (like entrepreneurship development). The degree is not going to matter for starting a business. In my opinion, you should go for BBA because it provides better ideas about business and also it helps you to know the threats of business. It also plays a huge role in managing a business.

Anmol my suggestion would be to go for B.Com as it would give you insight of the commerical & finance part which are extremely essential in conducting a business, infact more important at the start of business. You may do MBA later i.e. after completing B.Com.
