Hi Gaurav,
ELIGUBILITY:
1. The eligibility criterion for admissions to BE/BTech courses is a 10+2 pass in the Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects.
For admission in top civil engineering college you have to qualify the entrance exam like:-
> A.I.E.E.E
> I.I.T-J.

You should prepare for Maths, Physics and Chemistry at your level best. Also prepare for your 12th final exams. After 12th board exams their are many engineering entrance exams (Out Of Which JEE is Most Popular). Also you can get admission in some with your very good percentage.
