Yes you can opt for that as PR is a part of human resource management. So you may choose subjects acordingly in your 2 nd year which are HRM oriented.

MBA PR is not available. it is better to join PG Diploma in Event and PR. it will help you to join industry and enhance your employability skill. Media Planning would be added advantage.
