If I want to get admission in a good college, will they see JEE Mains result or 12th board results?

Depends. JEE college are only allotted through counselling. If you are approaching a college personally, chances are that they will ask for your 12th board results. -
If you want to take admission in B.Tech, most of the deemed university and colleges prefer the marks in scored in JEE Mains. But some colleges prefer the marks of class 12. Both 12th board results as well as JEE Mains results are considered in taking admission in an engineering college. -
