If I want to go for NID Ahmedabad, is UCEED necessary?

I am now going through Diploma in computer engineering, and this is my last year here, and after that I want to go for B. Des.

    No, UCEED is for IIT, and if you want to apply for NIRMA-Ahmedabad, then UCEED is compulsory. Thank you.

    No, you need to appear for NID exam only, not UCEED. You can find the details of the exam here https://www.shiksha.com/design/communication-design/nid-entrance-exam.
