If I want to practice as a therapist, should I take up Clinical psychology or Applied psychology in my Post Graduation?

    I think you should take clinical psychology, because that will help you in becoming a therapist. Applied psychology is more about learning how to apply psychological theories. If you do clinical psychology, you can treat mental disorders (not like a psychiatrist) which applied psychology won't allow.
