If I want to pursue MBA, should I take BA (Honors) in economics with English or B.Sc in maths with statistics and economics?

You first need to decide what are your career aspirations and interest areas. based on it, decide which course to pursue. If you pursue a course which falls into your interest area, you will reap good benefits.

You can choose anything you want.
For MBA, the eligibility criteria is just graduation with 50%.
