If I was allotted a seat but could not respond to the query of document verifying officer, Can I participate in CCMN counselling again?

No, You cannot. If any candidate does not respond to the query of document verifying officer, their allotment shall stand cancelled. The resulting vacancy will be allotted to another eligible candidate in the subsequent round (s).
The applicant would be considered as “Not-Reported” and would not be eligible for subsequent rounds.
However, student can participate in Special Rounds.
