If I will be able to clear LS of CBSE-NET in Management at the age of 42+, what can be the course(s) of action furthermore?

CBSE-NET has now become UGC-NET, this exam is usually cleared either to pursue the job as a lecturer in a college or pursue research in a specific subject. If a person scores well in this exam and falls into merit then he can also avail UGC fellowship to pursue further research and complete PhD.
