Hi Its better if you take a pg diploma from Canada as the PR will be possible easily after two years and you also need to fulfill the licensing procedure if you wish to work in this sector.

For PR to Canada I am afraid the Distance learning programs might not get you the elusive points in express entry system. While the qualification may get you a relevant job in Canada.
